CAMP K
The Jr. - Sr. High had a great
trip to CAMP K again this year. We heard three
tremendous messages about knowing Christ and
surrendering to His will. We saw one young lady accept
Christ as her Savior and many more make decisions about
serving the Lord and being used in a greater way. Why go
to Camp K you ask? Because it is a time to get away with
our students to 1.) Let them get to know each other
better, and 2.) Let them have a time to get their hearts
in tune with God and start the school year out on the
right note. At MCCA, we feel if a student's heart and
attitude is in the right spirit, than everything else
will fall into place. See more pictures under the

Message from the Administrator
As we are
just a few weeks into school, we have already seen the
Lord work in many ways. We have seen 7 young people
accept Christ as their Savior or make assurance of their
salvation. Praise the Lord! The Jr. - Sr. High had a
great "get-a-way" at Camp K and many decisions for
Christ were made by the group.
Our new
students are adjusting and our returning students are
showing a helping hand and reaching out to get to know
the new ones. I am proud of all of our staff, students,
and parents as they are all making the start of this new
year a pleasant one and we are knit together to pray and
see what God is going to do at MCCA this year.

MCCA Families & Friends can

Facebook, please ad the Mifflin County Christian Academy
Cause Application. When you add this application, you
can invite your friends to join as well. Through this
application, those who wish to support MCCA may give at
any time to help meet the needs of our school. Let's use
this means to reach others who might help support MCCA.
Let's reach 1 million people to give $1. A lofty goal,
but who knows what the Lord might do and who might be
reached that would be willing to support our school. It
is also a lot of fun.
GIDEON'S BAND
We are encouraging all
of our school families, alumni, and friends to become a
part of our Gideon's Band. Our goal is to reach 300
people who would be willing to give $300 or more to MCCA. If you are interested in
joining our efforts, please contact the school office or
send a note to the school. We understand not everyone
can do $300, some can do more and some less, please pray
about what God would have you do. Any and all gifts are greatly
appreciated and tax deductible. Thank you for your
generosity.
All-State Choir
Congratulations to: Kendra Getz, Aaron
Harpster, Jordan Breneman, and Emily Piper for being
selected to participate in All-State Choir. Schools from
across the state of Pennsylvania had to learn music and
each individual had to send in a demo tape of their
parts in order to be selected. Only 150 students were
able to be a part of this special event. After hours of
practice, the group was able to put on two performances
in the Rotunda at the State Capitol in Harrisburg.
