HOT LUNCH PROGRAM - There will be NO Hot Lunch the last week of school - Please make sure your child packs a lunch.

LATE FEES - Remember all tuition payments are due on the First of Each month and a late fee will be applied on the 11th of each month.

CASUAL DAY- There will be a casual day this Friday, Feb. 25th. The cost is $2 and all money collected will go towards purchasing fuel oil.

REMINDER: This is just a reminder to all parents that cell phones, mp3 players, itouches, etc... are NOT to be brought to school by students. If there is a circumstance in which one is needed, please contact the school office. Thank you for your help in this area.

TUITION: All Tuition is due by July 10 for the 2010-2011 school year. Tuition payments for 2011-2012 will begin August 1.

TERRACYCLE FUNDRAISER CHANGES - MCCA has been set up NOW as a collection site not only for Capri Sun juice pouches, Malt-o-Meal cereal bags and Scotch Tape dispensers but also for Lays Potato Chip bags (Doritos, Fritos, etc.), Mars/Wrigley candy wrappers (M&M's, Skittles, Snickers, Twix, Starburst, etc.), and Elmer's Glue bottles and stick. We have also been informed that Kool-Aid brand juice pouches are also accepted in this program! You can check out our website @ mccaeagles.net for more details about all of our fundraisers!

COOKIE MOLD - Please order your collectible cookie mold now. Only 20 made to commemorate the school's 20th anniversary auction. All molds are numbered and signed from Steve White.

RE-ENROLLMENT- Re-enrollment begins on Tuesday, March 1. The discounted registration price of $50 for current families will continue through the month of March. On Friday, April 1st, the registration price will increase to $75. Registration forms and the Tuition scale will be sent home.

REGISTRATION: Please register now for the 2011-2012 School Year. Please make it your mission to tell others about MCCA - and you will recieve a $500 voucher if they attend MCCA as a result of your influence.

FINANCIAL NEEDS- Although we are better off this year than a year ago, this is often the time of year when it is very difficult to meet our needs. Just to update our school families, we are current on all our taxes through January, but we stil are in need of funds to meet our other obligations. We are asking for the following 3 things:

1.) If you are not current on your school bills, please make every effort to get caught up as we run a very tight budget and count on this income to meet our monthly needs.
2.) If you can give extra, it is greatly appreciated, more than you can know, and
3.) We are looking for a couple of families who might be able to pay the second semester up front. If you are able to do this, we would greatly appreciate it.
